EASTER COOKIES (KOULOURAKIA) – Egg butter cookies twisted topped with sesame seeds and baked

EASTER BREAD (TSOUREKI)  Egg bread with special easter spices twisted in a braid and baked golden brown.

Syrupy Desserts

BAKLAVA  – Layers of flaky phyllo generously filled finely ground walnuts, almonds and pistachio mixture with cinnamon and other spices, brushed with lots of butter, baked golden and finished in a honey sugar syrup

KATAIFI – Filling is a walnut cinnamon mixture scented with brandy and orange zest rolled in fine angle hair phyllo and baked golden finished in light yet sweet syrup

KARIDOPITA – Greek Walnut cake spiced and baked fluffy finished with a light sugar brandy syrup

MELOMAKARONA – Traditional Holiday honey spice cookie dipped in honey syrup and top with a fine walnut mixture

DIPLES – Thin layers of orange scented dough twirled and fried to puffiness dipped in a honey syrup and sprinkled with fine walnuts

GALAKTOBOURIKO – Milk and egg custard pastry baked in
buttery phyllo finished in a light syrup
