Tzatziki – Greek Yogurt, cucumber and garlic sauce

Taramosalata – Salmon Roe Delicacy Dip – made with Salmon Roe, potato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grape Leaf Dolmades (Vegetarian or Meat filled) rice, herbs, currants and pine nuts, served with agvolemeno sauce on the side

Romaine Salad (Simple Green Salad yet very flavorful)

Beef Tenderloin and Chicken Souvlaki – Dinner size portions left on the Skewer

Moussaka – Prepared with ground lamb, plenty of herbs, spices with layers of grilled zucchini and eggplant.  Seasoned perfectly and topped with a cream Bechamel sauce, baked and served warm

Pastitsio – Greek version of Lasagna made with seasoned ground lamb or beef, thick noodles and topped with a creamy bechamel sauce

Roasted Greek Potatoes – Yukons seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and roasted golden brown and tender
